When should I eat the the protein bars?
There are many ways to enjoy your bars. You can enjoy a bar between meals, as a snack. Some customers enjoy a bar along with an MRC Protein Drink as a Meal Replacement. Each bar contains 15 grams of high-quality protein.
What is the difference between the Meta Shake and the protein drinks?
Both provide protein as fuel for your body. The protein drinks (Mixed Berry, Lemon, and Creamy Hot Chocolate) contain 15g of protein and less than 100 calories (making them great for a meal accompaniment, a snack between meals, or a light post workout pick-me-up). The Chocolate Meta Shake contains 17g of protein along with a powerful blend of over 76 natural ingredients including vitamins, herbs, and minerals (making this a great option for a filling meal replacement).
How do I mix my protein drinks?
For your convenience, the drink boxes provide suggested instructions, but we encourage you also to experiment with flavors and liquids you enjoy! Customers have shared with us these alternate ways they mix and enjoy these drinks: mix the Creamy Hot Chocolate into a morning cup of coffee in place of creamer; blend the Chocolate Meta Shake with almond milk or Greek yogurt as a smoothie; mix the Lemon drink with diet sprite and a lime wedge as an afternoon "mocktail"; blend the Mixed Berry with a scoop of MRC's Super Fruit & Vegetable powder for a boost of antioxidants and nutrients.
