DIRECTIONS
  1. Empty contents of one packet into a blender or shaker bottle.

  2. Add 2 cups (500ml) of cold water and blend at high speed or shake for 30 seconds.

Delicious!! We put it in a blender, with one cup of water and 2 cups of ice, which produces an ice cream or milkshake consistency that tastes yummy. No one believes how good it is until they taste it. And it satisfies our hunger for hours!

Great! I add a cup of cold water and 2 cups of ice and whip them up in the blender until it's thick and creamy. Then I either eat it from a bowl, like soft-serve ice cream, or drink it from a tall glass like a milk shake.
Delicious and no hunger before the next meal!!
